Machu Picchu 

The Inca Trail hike into Machu Picchu is 26 miles long, so all the elements of this WOD have 26 reps. Having trekked the Inca Trail myself, I decided to focus on the legs in this workout, as the hike itself is extremely difficult, with a lot of stairs. 


AMRAP in 26 minutes:

26 walking lunges (l+r=2)

26 jumping squats

26 box (fountain, bench, etc.) dips

Post WOD Core Work:

26 flutter kicks (l+r=1) 

26 sit-ups

26 reverse crunches
