Spend 20 minutes working on your February Goals. If mobility was your goal.. do a full body rundown and do not spend more than 1-2 minutes on one particular body part at one given time.
Level 1 & 2 WOD:
50 reps for the time of the following sequence:

MOD 2: 1 Wall walk (every other rep… so 25 total)
