Burpee/Push-up/ Jumping Jack/ Sit-up/Handstand

MOD 1: Kick to handstand against the wall

**This is to be done as a sequential movement, going straight from one movement to the next.  Try to maximize efficiency through the movements as opposed to stopping and resting in between each movement.  Completing the cycle above constitutes one rep.  The handstand is technically supposed to be a kick to  free-standing handstand.  If you cannot do that without danger, do a kick to handstand against the wall, which will be MOD 1.
