2 Rounds for max reps of:

2 minute of push press (medium-heavy)

Rest 1 minute

2 minutes of front squats (heavy)

Rest 1 minute

2 minutes of deadlift (medium-heavy)

Rest 1 minute


**Your push press will be the lightest weight. Deadlifts will have the heaviest weight.  So you will add weight for each lift.  For the second round, you will use the same weights you used for the first round.

Example/Suggestion from CrossFit HQ (modify accordingly to your ability levels):

Push Press (135,95)

Front Squat (225, 145)

Deadlift (315,215)
