(At the end of today’s WOD, we will have a “goat” session.  Working on the skill that gets your goat.  Here is Zach working on his, handstand walks during open gym.  Practice makes perfect and the only way to learn something new is to figure out the parts and pieces of the whole.  What will you work on today?)
