(Training pays off!  Here is Shawn who has been committed to 100 push-ups and sit-ups every single morning for the last several months.  He has taken on 21 days of eating clean as well.  The pay-off?  Winning the championship in his first season of mini moto racing along with the award for the most improved rider!  Congratulations Shawn!)
