Down/Back Barbell Overhead Walking Lunges (95,65)

25 Calorie Row

25 Wall Balls (25,20)

5 Wall Jumps (Go as big as possible)

Post WOD Midweek Mobility Session: (15 minutes)

3 minute prize squat hold

2 minute each side lacrosse ball pecs

2 minute each side lacrosse ball shoulder blades

2 minute each side batman hip opener (in splits position.. one leg in front, one leg in back… this works best if your shoes are off)

MOD 1: Lunges(75,55), WB (20,16)

MOD 2: Lunges (45,35), WB (16,14)

MOD 3: Lunges (25,15 plate overhead), WB (14,10)

MOD 4: Lunges (15,10 plate overhead), WB (10,6)
