This WOD is meant to leave you feeling toned and rock-hard. The exercises focus on strength and are meant to be done slowly and thoroughly. This workout is great for working on good form and building muscle. The numbers of reps (1942), were taken from the date that the movie, Casablanca, which is also a city in Morocco, was released. 


12 rounds of:

1 minute plank hold

9 air squats

4 walking lunges (l+r=1)

2 leg raises (10 second lower)
