SUN SALUTATIONS

-A way to greet each new day, clear the mind, relax, and gain flexibility.  Run through this routine 5 times each day working to coordinate your breath to the posture.  This can be done first thing in the morning or any time of the day.  You will notice a difference in your body but also in your mind, so it is a good prep routine for a hard day at work or an awesome workout!
