This is gonna be so FUN!!!  Channel your inner Nastia Liukin! We will be focusing on the upper legs… hamstrings, quads, adductors.

1. Pike Stretch- hold for 2 minutes.  Do your best to get as low as you can. Notice the toes are pointed, knees are straight.  This will transfer over into toes to bar, burpees, v-ups, and will even help with squats and such by releasing our posterior chain.

2. Sit-up to Straddle – do 15 reps of these

 

3. Middle Splits Progression- See how low you can get.  You can either hold this position, or rock in and out for 15-20 reps.  Remember to remain in tension.  Being too relaxed can hurt a lot according to the previous video, so stay on tension slightly.

4. Super Couch Stretch- 5 minutes per leg!  Yeah, you heard right.  5 minutes per leg.  Get after it.  Two positions on this one, so watch the video.
