  1. Couch Stretch – 3 minute each leg
  2. Foam Roll Adductors – 3 minutes each leg
  3. Foam Roll ITB/Quads – 3 minutes each leg
  4. Batman Hip Openers with Bands – 3 minute each leg, 3 minutes center
  5. Bridge – ups – 10 reps with 3 second hold at top
  6. Skin the Cats – 5 reps
