- Foam Roll Adductors – 3 minutes each leg
- Foam Roll ITB/Quads – 3 minutes each leg
- Batman Hip Openers with Bands – 3 minute each leg, 3 minutes center
- Bridge – ups – 10 reps with 3 second hold at top
- Skin the Cats – 5 reps
