1. Cat-Cow Sequence

Perform the following sequence 20 times.

2. Snow-Angels on Foam Roller

-Make sure the palms are facing upward toward the ceiling and try to keep the hands touching the ground through the entire range of motion.  Go all the way up until your hands touch overhead and touch your sides on the bottom.  Repeat 20 times.

3. Side Bend Stretch

-Spend 1-2 minutes each direction

4. Pike Stretch

-Hold 2 minutes

5. Spiderman Arm Stretch

-Hold 1-2 minutes.
