• Watch the video above.  There are three mobility exercises he discuss in order to fix the immature squat. Oh yeah, he also explains what the immature squat actually is in case you have never heard this term.  Regardless, the mobility moves this week are: Downward Dog, KB Squat, and Prize Squat (I think that is what he said.. maybe Pride.  I don’t know.)
  • MANY, and I mean MANY, of us in the gym have an immature squat.  So, you need to hit this stuff up EVERYDAY this week, and probably ever day after that, to get yourself out of this habit.  I’ll be right there with you!
