25 minute AMRAP
1 clean and jerk
***athletes pick the weight in the lift. Two scores… A total pounds lifted and an AMRAP score.
**only get one attempt at the lift. If you miss it, go back out for the run and that rep doesn’t get added to score. Which means… Pick a weight that is heavy enough to be a challenge for 15-20 rounds, but not heavy enough to miss reps (probably like 80% of 1rm)
