Level 1 & 2 WOD:

100 Dumbbell Snatches (53,35)(L+R=2)(Alternate arms and make sure both sides of DB hit the floor each rep)

80 Calorie Row

60 Bar Facing Burpees (put weight on the sides of the bar so that it is elevated off the ground)

40 Shoot Throughs

 

POST WOD:

Write up a new goal for May on the Goals board and work on it for 15 minutes

MOD 1: DB (35,25)

MOD 2: DB (25,20)

MOD 3: DB (20,10)
