And even if this wasn’t a husband-wife photo, it would be a fellow athlete supports fellow athlete photo.  We are in this together.  We are a family.  We are all on a journey to become the best versions of ourselves that we can be. Level 1 & 2 WOD:

WOD #1:
With a partner complete:
6 rounds each of:
2 minutes on, 2 minutes off, row for calories
**Start with the rower on the resistance level you normally use. Each two minute interval, you will need to increase this level. The perceived intensity levels should play out like 5/10, 6/10, 7/10, 8/10, 9/10, 10/10.While you are on your rest break, your partner is rowing. The score for this will be the combined total number of calories rowed between the partners. This will take 24 minutes.

 

WOD #2:
3 Rounds for time:
Run 400m
10 Burpee Bar Jumps
2 Power Cleans @ 85% of your 1RM

**This is a solo WOD.

MOD 1: 80% of 1RM

MOD 2: 75% of 1RM
