Level 1 & 2 WOD:

5 x 3 minute intervals:
Row 15/10 Calories
6 Burpee Bar Jumps (L+R=2)
AMRAP Thrusters (95,65)
Rest 1 minute after each round

**For this workout, each round will start with the row and burpee bar jumps. In whatever time remains in the 3 minute segment, complete as many thrusters as you can. Your score for today will be the total number of thrusters completed. Try to work your stamina and get the same number or better each round.
