(It’s a been a reflection on technique this week, and here is Becky practicing her push-up technique.  For her, holding her lower back stable has always been an issue.  But not today, focused effort may slow her down a bit on her reps, but boy, do they look solid.  Nice work Becky!)

Strength WOD:

**you will need 2 bars today

EMOM x 14 minutes

Odd: 1 rep Deadlift

Even: 1 rep Strict Press

**Start your work @ 50% of your 1RM.  Each minute, you will add weight.  For each movement you will do a total of 7 lifts and your goal will be to get a new PR on both lifts.

 

Level 2 WOD:

AMRAP in 12 minutes:
6 Strict Handstand Push-ups
9 Toes to Bar
12 Kettlebell Swings (70,53)
15 Double Unders

 

Level 1 WOD:

AMRAP in 12 minutes:
6 Box Handstand Push-ups
9 Hanging Leg Raises
12 Kettlebell Swings (35,20)
15 Double Unders

Level 2 MODS:

MOD 1: Kipping HSPU, KB (53,35)

 

Level 1 MODS:

MOD 1: Regular Push-ups, KB (20,18), lateral hurdle jumps
