(Good to see a familiar face back in the gym!  Taren is back at the gym and back in action.  For those of you who may not know, Taren is one of the ORIGINAL CrossFit Julia members.  Life threw her some curveballs in 2016, but she has overcome and is ready for action!)

10 Candlestick Roll to Pistol (Alternating sides, L+R=2)
10 Burpees
1 Handstand walk across gym (whiteboard to bay door) OR 10 Handstand Push-ups

 

Level 1 WOD:

4 rounds for time:
10 Reverse Crunches
10 Walking Lunges (L+R=2)
10 Burpees
3 Wall Walks

Level 2 MODS:

MOD 1: 10 Regular Candlestick Rolls, abmat HSPU

 

Level 1 MODs:

MOD 1: Half Wall Walk

MOD 2: 1 minute plank hold
