Level 2 WOD:

AMRAP in 10 minutes:
15 Abmat Sit-ups
12 Air Squats
6 Clapping Push-ups
5/3 Strict Ring Dips

 

Level 1 WOD:

AMRAP in 10 minutes:
15 Abmat Sit-ups
12 Air Squats
6 Push-ups
5 Box Dips (Both hands on one box)

MOD 1: Kipping Ring Dips

MOD 2: Band Assisted  Ring Dips, regular Push-ups

 

Level 1 MODS:

MOD 1: Knee Pushups
