(Bethany has handstand walking dialed in.  To take it one step further she is practicing turning around in the handstand to walk back to the other side. Great job Bethany!)

AMRAP in 8 minutes:
5 Shoot-thrus
10 Thrusters (75,55)

MOD 1: 5 Jump to Transition + 5 Ring Dips

MOD 2: 7 C2B pull-ups + 7 Ring Dips

MOD 3: 10 Pull-ups (chin) + 10 Band Dips, (95,65)

** Head to L1 RX from here and work on that upper body strength for MU
