(Join us today for Memorial Day Murph.  We will honor those who have fallen and paid the ultimate sacrifice so that we have the freedom to do such an awesome workout.  After the workout, we will have a picnic and Kids Fun Run as well.  Fun starts at 9am and ends at 11am!)

100 Pull-ups

200 Push-ups

300 Squats

Run 1 mile

**The runs come at the beginning and end.  You can partition the Pull-ups, Push-ups, and Squats any way you want.  If you have a 20# weight vest, wear it!

**If this seems a little aggressive for you, do a half Murph instead or get a partner and do it with them.
