MOD 1: MU (Bar Muscle-ups), Pistols to a ball

MOD 2: MU (Jump to transition + ring dips…. do all the jump to transitions first and then all the ring dips), Pistols to a box

MOD 3: MU (Strict Pullups + Ring Dips… use a band for these if you need to), Air Squats with your feet touching together
