“Muscles and Lungs”

Muscles

Deadlift

1-1-1-1-1-1-1

**Rest 2 minutes in between lifts, go for a new one rep max or as heavy as you can get. Your score is the heaviest lift completed.

 

Lungs

Run 2 miles for time

**There will be a cold/bad weather option if necessary
