Believe it or not, we all have a relationship with food. We either live to eat, eat to live, eat to eliminate stress or boredom, etc.  Some of us use food as rewards and others as punishments. Some of us love the way food makes us feel and others hate the way it makes them feel.

One of the goals with these FFF WODs is to help you define and quite possibly redefine your current relationship with food.

-Describe your current relationship with food.  How do you feel when you eat meat? Doughnuts? Pasta? Veggies? Alcohol? You get my point.  Does food help you cope with emotions? Do you love to eat out with friends and use food as a social outlet? Overall, is the current relationship with food one that you would want to get married to?
