(Big Thanks to Jeremiah for donating these jerk boxes to the gym!  They are beautiful!  Not to mention all hi help, along with Ian, Wojtek, Matt K., Shawn in painting the walls for wall jumps and turning the pull-up rig to its fully functional position!  You guys rock!!)

MOD 3: MU (5 box dips, 5 jumping pull-ups), HSPU ( Kick to HS), KBS (20,18)
