It is our mission at CrossFit Julia to provide YOU the most outstanding CrossFit experience ever! As we continue to grow and see athletes getting into the best shape of their lives, it becomes necessary to make adjustments so that we can continue providing that most outstanding experience.
 
As everyone who walks through our doors knows, we are all on our own personal journey, although we share the workouts, community, and spirit.  We each have our own strengths and weaknesses and we all need to work on our own specific things to make us even better than we were the day before.
 
This new class structure is designed to do just that… provide the best experience for athletes that have been training with us for 5 years and those that have been coming for 5 days. We care about all of you and are committed to providing you the best!

These classes will be designed for beginning CrossFit athletes and/or veteran athletes recovering from injury or needing a lower volume and intensity training day. The prescribed weights and rep counts will be written to help you master the main CrossFit movements, learn amazing technique, and safely increase your volume and intensity levels, which will ensure your long term success. You may need to perform a “test-out” to move from Level 1 to Level 2 classes. Note: THESE CLASSES ARE NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR THE EVOLUTION SERIES.
Level 2 Classes
These classes will be designed for intermediate and advanced CrossFit athletes. The prescribed weights, rep counts, and workout movements will be written to help you develop and improve advanced techniques, advanced movements, and provide you the ability to go hard, go fast, and go heavy. All with proper form of course.
Combined Classes
These class times will be a mixed group in which athletes can choose to perform the Level 1 OR Level 2 workout of the day depending on their ability level and needs for that particular day.
