(CFJ transformed into a princess and pirate adventure over the weekend for Jaelyn’s 4th birthday party!  Kids had a ton of fun and got a lot of exercise on the box jump pirate ship, the enchanted forest of rowers, and in Ariel’s grotto under the pull-up bars!  Thanks to all who came out and if you would like a CrossFit Julia birthday party for your little one, let us know.  We had a blast and would be thrilled to share the love!)

2 mile run
100 Walking Lunges (L+R=2)
1 mile run
50 Walking Lunges (L+R=2)


Level 1 WOD:

Run 1 mile
50 Walking Lunges (L+R=2)
Run 800m
25 Walking Lunges (L+R=2)
