(The Ladies Warrior Lacrosse Team is getting stronger and stronger and will soon be taking out their competition!)

Level 2 WOD:

With a partner complete:
6 rounds:
5 Overhead Squats (155,105)
10 Wall Balls (20,16)
15 Deadlifts (155,105)
20 Box Jumps (24″,20″)
Run 400m together after each round

**Switch which person works after each exercise. While the one partner works, the other will hold an atlas stone pet rock (115,70). If the pet rock touches the floor, both partners must stop and do 5 burpees. You cannot sit down and hold the pet rock on your lap. You do not have to take the pet rock on your run with you.

 

Level 1 WOD:

15 Deadlifts (95,65)
20 Box Jumps (24″,20″)
Run 200m together after each round

**Switch which person works after each exercise. While the one partner works, the other will hold an atlas stone pet rock (45# plate,35# plate). If the pet rock touches the floor, both partners must stop and do 5 burpees. You cannot sit down and hold the pet rock on your lap. You do not have to take the pet rock on your run with you.
