Strength Session:

EMOM x 8

2 Front Squats

Minutes 1 & 2: 65%

Minutes 3 & 4: 75%

Minutes 5 & 6: 85%

Minutes 7 & 8: 95%

**For minutes 1,2,3,4….in whatever time remains in the minute, do mountain climbers.  For minutes 5,6,7,8…rest in the remaining time.

Down/Back Dumbbell Walking Lunges (Hold DB’s at shoulder level, one in each hand, 50,35)

8 Dumbbell Power Cleans (tap one side of the DB to the ground each rep)
