With a partner complete 16.1:

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
25-ft. overhead walking lunge (95,65)
8 bar facing burpees
25-ft. overhead walking lunge (95,65)
8 chest-to-bar pull-ups

**While one partner complete 1 full round of the above work, the other will row for calories. Then switch places. Score is total number of rounds completed + # of calories rowed.
