Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 squats
5 pull-ups
10 thrusters (95,65)

**With a partner complete this workout. You will alternate each exercise. Example: Partner A will do 5 pull-ups, Partner B will do 10 push-ups, Partner A will do 15 squats, partner B will do 5 pull-ups, Partner A will do 10 thrusters… Finish 1 round. Then Partner B will do 5 pull-ups, partner A will do 10 push-ups, etc…. Just keep switching back and forth. You can rest while your partner works.
