Level 1 and 2 WOD:

Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes:
Station A: 40 second row for calories
Station B: 40 seconds for max shuttle runs

**One partner will start on row, the other on the runs. Switch back and forth until each person has done each station 10 times. Score is total number of calories + shuttle runs for both partners combined.

**Shuttle Runs: Start by the bay doors, run forward to the cars, run backward back to bay doors. Down/Back = 1 rep
