Level 2 WOD:
With a partner complete:
10 Toes to Bar – Chest to Bar – Bar MU Combos
Run 400m
20 Deadlifts (225,155)

30 Wall Balls (25,20)

40 Ring Dips
Run 400m
50 Burpees
Run 400m
40 Ring Dips

10 T2B, C2B, BMU Combo

**Divide the reps however you need to, but each person must do at least 1 rep on each set of the exercises. While one person works, the other person will do Turkish Get-ups with a KB (53,35). Score will be time to completion plus number of TGU completed. Do your runs together.
