(Congrats to Justene for completing her first ever 10K race on Thursday night! She even completed it with a stomach bug. She never stopped running and was high-fiving throughout the entire race! So proud of you Justene!)

With a partner complete:
Run 800m together with a sandbag
25 Stone Shoulders (115,70)
50 Hand Slap Box Jumps Overs (24″,20″)
50 Alternating Ball Slams (30,20)
50 Partner Wall Balls (20,16)
50 Alternating Ball Slams
50 Hand Slap Box Jump Overs

Run 800m with a sandbag

**On the Runs.. each team will have one sandbag. One person carries it at a time, but both people must carry it some portion of the way on both runs.
**Stones – alternate rep for rep with your partner until a total of 25 is completed between the two people
** Box Jumps – Alternate rep for rep with your partner. As you jump over, tag your partner to indicate it is their turn to jump over.
**Ball Slams – one ball per team. Alternate rep for rep with your partner. You must catch your slam off the bounce and get it to your partner as efficiently as possible.
**Wall Balls – one person will do a wall ball, the other will catch it and do their rep. Alternate rep for rep.
