Level 1 and 2 WOD:

With a partner complete:
AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
10 Push Press (115,75)
10 Kettlebell Swings (53,35)
10 Box Jumps (24″,20″)

**While one person does an entire round of the above, your partner will complete:
3 Rope Climbs (L2 athletes… your challenge is to do at least 1 rope climb legless. Or you could do all of them legless if you want!)
If you complete the rope climbs before your partner is done with their round. Do as many burpees as you can until they finish.

**Scores for todays workout will be an AMRAP score PLUS the # of burpees completed between the two partners.

**Modify as necessary between the two partners.  For Rope Climbs…. Modify to 5 strict pull-ups or 8 Strict Ring Rows with feet on top of a box.
