WOD:

With a partner complete:

15 Rope Climbs (as many pulls as you need, alternate every rep)

then each person will complete…

5 rep Squat Clean Ladder

(95,65), (115,75), (135,95), (155,105), (185,125)

 

**One partner will complete their 5 reps of the ladder at the first weight and then the second partner will go.  While your partner is working, you will compete as many weighted abmat sit-ups(30,20)  as possible.  Once both partners have completed their 5 reps, you can move to the next weight.  Time stops once both partners have completed all 5 weights of the ladder.

MOD 1: (75,55), (95,65), (115,75), (135,95), (155,105), Partial Rope Climbs (2 moves minimum)

MOD 2: (65,45), (75,55), (95,65) (115,75), (135,95), Partial Rope Climbs ( 1 move minimum)

MOD 3: (45,35), (65,45), (75,55), (95,65), (115,75), 45 Assisted Rope Climbs (3 per person each turn)
