“Partner Morrison”

With a partner Complete:
50-40-30-20-10
Partner Wall balls (20,16)..go one for one on reps, catching each other’s shots.
Box Jumps (24″,20″)…one partner completes half reps while other holds a wall sit. Then switch.
Kettlebell Swings (70,53)..one partner completes half reps while other holds plank. Then switch.

 

*Modify as necessary between the two partners. Level 1 athletes – cut the total reps by just doing the sets of 40-30-20 with lighter weights and lower boxes.
