Level 1 & 2 WOD:

With a partner complete:
Row 5000 meters
– While one person is rowing, the other does as many burpee Box Jumps (24″,20″) as possible in the time it takes the partner to row 500m. You will switch places every 500m. Your scores are total time to complete the 5K row and the total number of BBJ between the two partners.
