WOD:

With a partner complete:

2 Rounds:

50 Deadlift (225,155)

50 Box Jumps Overs (24″,20″)

50 Wall Jumps (As High as Possible)

 

**Alternate Deadlift and Box Jump Overs every 10 reps.  While Partner A is deadlifting, Partner B will be holding their DL bar at waist height. Then Switch.  While Partner A is doing their BJO, Partner B will hold a plank.  Then switch.  During the Wall Jumps, while partner A is doing wall jumps, partner B will doing a Down/Back Farmer Carries with (53,35 in each hand).  Do one Down/Back Farmer Carry and then switch places untill all 50 reps are completed.
