50 synchronized wall balls

30 Snatch -relay style, when one partner needs a break the other takes over.  Use Medium-Light weight

50 synchronized wall balls

20 Snatch – relay style. Use a Medium weight (heavier than last round)

50 synchronized wall balls

10 Snatch – relay stye. Use a heavy weight (heavier the last two rounds)
