With a partner:
One partner will run 800m
Until the runner returns, the other partner will complete AMRAP of:
40 Sit-ups
30 Kettlebell Swings (53,35)
20 Push Press (75,55)

**Each person runs 3 times, Modify to level 1 WOD if necessary

 

Level 1 WOD:

With a partner:
One partner will run 400m
Until the runner returns, the other partner will complete AMRAP of:
30 Sit-ups
20 Kettlebell Swings (35,20)
10 Push Press (45,35)

**Each person runs 3 times
