WOD:

With a partner complete:

On a 22 minute time clock:

Part A:

2 rounds of:

Run 400m

**Partner A will Run first, then tag Partner B to run. Each person runs twice.

Then… immediately into….

**In whatever time remains, find your 1RM Bear Complex.

 

**For the lift, Partner A will lift and then Partner B will lift. They do not have to do the same weight. After each person has completed one cycle of the complex, both partners complete 10 synchronized sit-ups, and then lift again. Repeat this pattern until the time expires.

**Scores today are the heaviest lift completed by each partner AND a total when those are added together.
