WOD

With a partner complete:

4 rounds for time:

50 Double Unders

35 Knees to Elbows

6 Down/Back Sled Pulls

Run 200m together

 

**WOD Notes:

Double Unders:  (L2-each do an unbroken set of 50, L1-Switch off every 10 until you get to 50 total) MOD 1: DU attempts

Knees To Elbows: (L2 and L1 – Both hang from bar, switch off every 5 reps.  If one person comes off the bar, the other person must as well.  Get a total of 35 reps. Person not working is just hanging).  MOD 1: Hanging Leg Raises

Sled Pulls: (Partner sits on sled, each person does down/back 3 times.  L2-one person does three, then the other does 3.  L1-switch after each down/ back)
