Level 1 & 2 WOD

With a partner complete:
AMRAP as possible in 30 minutes:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Ball Slams (30,20)

*Alternate full rounds with your partner. While they are working, you rotate between holding a hollow rock hold, a wall sit, and a an L-hang on the rig. After every 5 rounds, both partners run a 400m together.

*Modify as necessary
