Level 1 & 2 WOD
30 Lunges with plate overhead (45,35)(L+R=2)
20 Knees to Elbows
10 Sumo deadlift High Pull (75,55)
Split the reps evenly on every round. One partner holds plank while other works. Example. Partner A does 15 lunges, partner B planks. Switch. Then Partner A does 10 KTE, partner B planks. Switch. Repeat until all 8 rounds are completed.
