With a partner complete:
AMRAP in 20 minutes:
60 Hollow Rocks
40 Box Jumps (24″,20″)
20 Handstand Pushups
10 Turkish Get-ups (53,35 KB)

**This is how you will switch off with your partner:
Hollow Rocks – every 10
Box Jumps – ever 1
HSPU – every 1
TGU – every 2 (person must do one with right hand and then one with left hand.. then the next person will go)

MODS:
MOD 1: HSPU (1 abmat)
MOD 2: HSPU (2 abmats), TGU (35,20)
MOD 3: HSPU (Kick to HS), TGU (20,18),
MOD 4: HSPU (Strict Press with DB – athlete choice on weight, but must be strict. the heavier the better), TGU (18#DB, 10#DB), BJ (Step-ups)
