With a partner complete:
5 rounds each of:
7 Kettlebell Thruster (53,35)
7 Hurdle Jumps
7 Ball Slams (30,20)
7 Chest to Bar Pull-ups

**One partner will complete one full round while the other partner does man-makers. Then switch. Repeat the pattern until both partners have completed 5 rounds of the work listed above. Choose man-maker weight accordingly to give you a good challenge.  Use dumbbells or kettle bells.

MOD 1: KB (35,20), PU (regular kipping)

MOD 2: KB (20,18), PU (band chest to bar)

MOD 3: KB (18,10#DB), PU (band chin over)
