(Nate and Bruce going rep for rep on Kettlebell Swings earlier this week. Pacing with a partner will always help you keep going when you don’t want to.)

With a partner complete (modify as necessary)

WOD #1

Partner A.

4 minute AMRAP

5 Front Squats (L2-135,95) (L1-75,55)

10 Front Rack Lunges (L+R=2)

15 Lateral Bar Jumps (L+R=2)

Partner B.

TABATA Push-ups

**Switch places.  Score will be the total number of reps completed on the AMRAP + the lowest number of pushups achieved by both people on the Tabata (example – Partner A AMRAP – 30, Partner B AMRAP – 60, Partner A Tabata – 5, Partner B Tabata – 10… total score  = 105)


WOD #2

Partner A.

4 minute AMRAP

5 Handstand Pushups

10 Kettlebell Swings (L2-70,53) (L1-53,35)

15 Ball Slams (30,20)

Partner B.
