WOD:

With a partner complete:
AMRAP in 20 minutes:
60 Hollow Rocks
40 Box Jumps (24″,20″)
20 Handstand Pushups
10 Turkish Get-ups (53,35 KB)

**This is how you will switch off with your partner:
Hollow Rocks – every 10
Box Jumps – every 1
HSPU – every 1
TGU – every 2 (person must do one with right hand and then one with left hand.. then the next person will go)

 

**Modify HSPU with abmats or 40 Push-ups
